The products must pass the relevant quality inspection and reach "customer satisfaction" before the products are processed for customer delivery - indicative of the company's requirements regarding quality and attention to customer requirements.

 

"Meet customer needs and create a win-win situation", this is the policy which has been developed for the most important link according to the company's quality test procedure. The aluminum extrusion section bar is a special, customized product. As each customer has different product needs, the industrial aluminum extrusion products have a high degree of originality ranging from the raw materials used, the planning process and even the product function itself. Therefore, the perfect quality guarantee cannot be indicated by normalized quality inspection data only. The purpose of quality control can only be achieved by passing the "processing test".

 

1 Purpose:
To ensure the company quality management system is able to meet customer and regulatory requirements, develop and implement documents, maintain and make continuous improvement, the company should maximize the efficiency of organizational teams in order to achieve a variety of business objectives and a quality policy, quality goal, thus implementing product orientation to meet customer requirements. 

2. Scope of Application:
The quality management system is applicable to all the aluminum extrusion products produced by the Jambo Gear Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (Company address: No.1216,Wenda Rd,Xinwu Dist, Taoyuan City, Taiwan)

3. Job description:
3.1 The company's quality management system includes product realization planning, business quotation and order reception, purchase, production and service, supervision and measuring the instrument process and product comprehensive quality management system.
3.2 The sequence and correlation of these processes (quality system diagram), please refer to the flowchart on the next page.
3.3 The criteria and methods of the process in the quality management system are described in the written procedures of the documentation requirements (QM-02) of this quality manual.
3.4 The necessary resources and information must be ensured in order to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
3.5 Management representatives, heads of departments and relevant personnel should be responsible for measuring, and monitoring these processes.
3.6 Implement the actions required by the desired planning results and continuous improvement of these processes.
3.7 The processes required by quality management system must include management, resource, product realization and measurement.
3.8 The quality management system must ensure the implementation of controls of the required product compliance.
3.9 Plant department and finance department should ensure the validity of quality management system in the purchase flow according to the provisions of "third-party management approach".
